DOX by Qubus

The gallery shop DOX by Qubus opened alongside the DOX Center for Contemporary Art in 2008 and is located on the mezzanine floor of DOX. As a younger branch of the Qubus brand, it represents an expanded version of the first design shop in the Czech Republic. DOX by Qubus offers a curated selection of over 2,500 products from 90 contemporary designers and artists. Spanning an area of 180 m², the shop features an exclusive selection of glass, ceramics, porcelain, and a wide range of contemporary Czech jewelry. You will also find toys, interior accessories, small gifts, and unique collectibles at the intersection of art and design.

In its first year, DOX by Qubus won the "Shop of the Year" award at the Czech Grand Design 2008. The founder of DOX by Qubus is designer and artist Jakub Berdych Karpelis, co-founder of the Qubus brand. The curatorial selection is prepared by Jakub Berdych Karpelis in collaboration with Michaela Coufalová, the store manager. The store's interior, designed by the Qubus studio, reflects the minimalist character of the entire building.

The store is accessible via a barrier-free ramp located right behind the DOX reception. Like the Bendox bookstore and the DOX café, entry to the store is free.
