Sláva!
Showroom Sláva!, located on the first floor at the end of Hrzánská passage, which passes through the beautiful baroque Hrzánů palace between Celetná and Kamzíkova streets. This area originally served as a fashion district where Franz Kafka’s parents operated a haberdashery and fabric wholesale business from 1906–1912. Fashionwear and knitted goods remained a staple of the area up until the Nazi occupation in 1939.
The rebirth of the Hrzánská Passage marks fashion’s new golden era for young designers, jewelers, fashion designers, and creators of original brands such as Smyssly cosmetics or Folbeur handbags. Showroom Sláva! focuses on Czech fashion and its 380 square meters houses over twenty Czech fashion designers. Here you can come and get to know Czech fashion designers, attend lectures and educational programs, and arrange custom production.
Showroom Sláva! is a multi-use space with a textile art gallery, a tailoring workshop for young designers, and an amazing espresso bar where the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. Here is where history meets the present. Come to the Hrzánská Passage and Showroom Sláva! and witness the rebirth of Czech fashion design!
